Is Communication Hub free to use?

Yes. There is a free plan that includes video and audio calls, instant messaging, MQTT messaging, notes, reminders and more. The PDF merge & split tool and the PDF/CSV converters are completely free for everyone and do not require an account or login.

Do I need to install anything to make video calls?

No. Video calls, audio calls and instant messaging run entirely in the browser with WebRTC. There is nothing to install, and calls work on desktop and mobile browsers alike.

Is the free PDF merge and split tool private?

Yes. Your PDFs are uploaded to the server, processed in per-request memory, and streamed straight back to you. Files are auto-deleted the moment the request finishes, whether you download the result or not. Nothing is ever written to disk or stored.

Can I convert PDFs, CSV files and scans for free without an account?

Yes. PDF merge & split, PDF to Word/Excel/PowerPoint, PDF to Markdown, CSV to Markdown and OCR to Text (photos, scans and image-only PDFs) are completely free and need no login. Uploads are processed in memory on the server and the converted file is streamed straight back to you. Nothing is ever stored.

What can I use the MQTT messaging feature for?

MQTT is a lightweight publish/subscribe protocol used by embedded devices and IoT hardware. The built-in MQTT web client lets you connect to a broker with your own credentials, subscribe to topics, publish messages and inspect live payloads right from your browser.

Can I track projects, inventory and customers too?

Yes. Communication Hub includes a project management module with kanban boards and timelines, an inventory module with stock levels and low-stock email alerts, and a customer module that tracks sales, payments and outstanding balances.
